For the fourth dinner in our vegetable series we are featuring tomatoes!
Each dinner in this series will celebrate a single seasonal vegetable, highlighting it across 4 courses prepared by Chef George Kaden. Tickets are $65 per person (gratuity included). Add $35 for the wine pairing designed by Russell Lichtenthal of Flaneur Winery, or purchase the wine pairing day of. We hope to see you there!
1st: Caprese al minuto | hand pulled mozzarella, fett'unta & marinated tomato
2nd: Chittara | tomato sauce, ricotta & basil
3rd: Whole Roasted Trout | panzanella, salsa verde & roasted onions
4th: Buttermilk Panna Cotta | saba, cherry tomatoes & mint
